SECOND, be sure to use a comfortable position when playing the bowl. You may want to sit or stand, but whatever position you choose, make sure you're relaxed.
THIRD, don't be afraid to experiment with the sound of the bowl. You can strike it lightly with a mallet or stick, rub your hand around the rim, or even use your own voice to create a sound. There is no right or wrong way to play a singing bowl, so let your creativity flow!

STEP 1. Use your singing bowl in a quiet and calm space. Place the rubber ring that comes with the bowl on a flat surface and set your bowl on top of the ring.
STEP 2. Gently tap the outer rim of the bowl. Glide the mallet around the outer edge of the rim.
STEP 3. Continue gliding with constant, firm pressure for singing sound.
Always use light pressure while taping the crystal bowl. They are delicate and can shatter if played strongly. When handled with care, they can remain vibrant for lifetime.
